Warranty and Return Policies

Warranty

Cable products sold through RIGHTWAY Connections of Texas, Inc. under DIR's ICT Cooperative Contracts program carry the standard manufacturers warranty. If replacement is needed due to manufacturer defect or normal wear and tear and not due to damage, abuse or neglect by customer, third party, vendor or company and is still under warranty, call (281) 441-2288.

Return

Configured to order, personalized or other customized products customers request may not be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. On returnable items, contact RIGHTWAY Connections of Texas, Inc. at (281) 441-2288 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Item must be in original packaging, along with all accessories, manual, documentation and registration paperwork and returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of issuance of the RMA. A restocking fee may be charged unless return is due to defect.
